Replacements for returned products found to be in working order will be charged a $10 shipping fee to send the replacement product
- Our Stock arrives on a weekly basis, so if we are out, just check back the next day - chances are it will be in shortly. The web site will prevent you from ordering out of
stock products so that you can be assured that what you did order will not be delayed awaiting the arrival of stock.
- Please wait at least 2 days after placing your order before inquiring about its status. Remember, you can check its status
by clicking on "check order status" above. It sometimes takes a day or so after your order has shipped before the tracking number
will show up in the Canada Post Express database.
- DishMonkey does not offer any additional discounts other than what is listed. We keep our prices as low as possible
(don't forget, shipping is FREE!).
- If you don't see a product advertised, we aren't selling it (even if we did before - sorry)
- We won't ship COD to a business address
- A Return Form MUST be filled out for ALL RETURNS (see 'Returns' link above) and envelopes must be clearly marked with a return ID number and return address
